Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Size exchanges. If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it once for a different size within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in. You cover return shipping; we ship the new size for free. Exchanges depend on the new size being in stock.

How to request an exchange. Email info@outnumberedshop.ca with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll send you the return details.
