These terms apply when you use outnumberedshop.ca or buy from Outnumbered, 4708 boul. de la Côte-Vertu, Montréal, QC H4S 1J9, Canada (info@outnumberedshop.ca). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, or sells out after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We may refuse or cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent.

Shipping and local hand-offs

See our shipping policy. If you choose the Twitch stream meet-up, we'll contact you to arrange a time and a public place in the Montréal area.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. Size exchanges are covered in our refund policy.

Blackjack offer and other promotions

The blackjack offer is one hand per person, played with a fairly shuffled deck. Beating the dealer gives a discount code for $10 off an order of $70 or more, usable once per customer with the same email you played with, until the codes run out. Codes have no cash value and can't be combined with other discounts. We may end or change a promotion at any time, and may cancel codes obtained by abuse (for example, multiple emails by one person).

Your content and our brand

The Outnumbered name, logo, designs, photos and website content belong to Outnumbered and may not be used without our permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
