Shipping. We ship worldwide from Montréal. In Canada, standard shipping is free on orders over $100; otherwise the rate and the delivery estimate are shown at checkout, and express shipping is also available. US orders include US duties in the shipping price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Outside Canada and the US, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on delivery.
Local hand-off. In the Montréal area, choose Local delivery at checkout when it is offered for your address. It is free. We will message you to arrange a time and a public meeting place. Hand-offs may take place during our Twitch streams.
Returns and exchanges. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it once for a different size within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in. You cover return shipping; we ship the new size for free. Email info@outnumberedshop.ca with your order number to start an exchange.
